Terms

Each item is sold by the vendor shown on it. Slasham runs the shop and the festival, and takes payment for vendors. Every vendor has its own orders: if your cart has items from two vendors, you get two orders.

• Each deal shows the regular price and the festival price. Vendors set their prices.
• Pay only through Slasham. Never send money to a vendor’s own account. Payments made outside Slasham are not covered by these terms and don’t count for prizes.
• Your order is confirmed only when we have verified your payment. A screenshot is not proof of payment.
• Items are held for you for the time shown at checkout. If payment doesn’t arrive in time, the items go back on sale and may sell to someone else. If your transfer arrives after that and the items have sold out, we refund you or offer a substitute.

• Collect your items at the vendor’s booth during the festival. Show your QR pass at the booth, then at the exit.
• Your QR pass is your proof of purchase. Keep it to yourself: whoever shows it can collect the order.
• Check your items at the booth before you leave.

If a vendor can’t hand over items you paid for, you can get a refund for those items. Ask at the Slasham help desk at the festival, or contact us. Refunds are taken off your prize spend.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Verified Slasham payments across all vendors count toward the prize draws, minus refunds. Vendors’ own staff can’t qualify at their own stall. The full rules are on the Prizes page.

You sign in with a code sent to your phone or email, so keep access to them. We can cancel orders or close accounts used for fraud or to abuse the shop, prizes or referral rewards.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
